Acording to our records, on sept 21, 2024 at 12.01pm you initiated an order on this website for the amount of eur 160 plus shipping.
You later called the romanian company that distributes this product all over Europe and asked for a discount, which they gladly accepted, as a sign of respect and to compensate your regrets that the product is not totally free.
Later, your order was refunded from this online store and on September 27, 2024 at 11:52(after you received the money back to your account) you voluntarly placed an order on our romanian distributor website, receiving a discount as well....is then obvious that the invoice is in romanian currency. It seems you forgot the facts, but we can refresh your memory. Everyone you interacted with tried to help you and accomodate your unusal demands, although was not mandatory. Also, distributing false informations, will only make you look suspicios to other customers, that had no problem with the product.
