Return Conditions

The usage instructions that come with the DPF cleaning solution are to ensure a positive experience when using the product.

If, however, you have reasons to be dissatisfied, please consider our return policy:

1. Return Period:

   You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the product to inform us that you wish to return it. You can use the standardized return form available on our website.

2. Product Condition:

   To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened. The seal and original packaging must be intact. You have the right to inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

3. Return Notification:

   If you wish to return the product, please contact us within the 14-day period, providing your name, address, and order details. You can use the email address contact@gertechteile.de.

4. Return Process:

   After you have completed the return form, we will provide instructions on how the product should be sent back. Unless otherwise agreed, you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.

5. Refund:

   Once we have received the product and confirmed that it meets the return conditions, we will refund your money, including the cost of the product and the original shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

Note: It is important to keep proof of shipping in case there are any issues with the delivery.
