Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Standard Delivery & Shipping Calculation

The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the shipping plugin of the shipping partner you select at checkout. The total delivery time is based on the combined time required for processing, production, and delivery of your order, along with the location of the delivery address. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Insured Shipping

Your order will be delivered by the courier company you select. The delivery duration may vary depending on your location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises, and a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. All packages are insured during transport. GerTechTeileDPF does not assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is returned to the dispatcher due to your unavailability at the delivery address, GerTechTeileDPF reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs of a new delivery.

If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are unsure of your tracking number or if the delivery status has remained unchanged for several days on the courier's website, please contact our customer service so we can investigate the issue for you.

Please check your package before accepting the delivery. If the package has been damaged during transport, refuse the delivery receipt and immediately file a claim against the courier company. We will support you in the pursuit of the claim with the shipping company as much as possible.
